The room itself was updated with comfy beds and a bathtub. The breakfast was delicious. The service was fantastic! There was secure parking and an amazing pool. The hotel was really close to the Casino where the concert was, so convenient being right on the main road as well as several restaurants.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor ~ it was pretty gross. Also, the manager on duty was rude.

Great location, not too far from Vermillion Falls Park 🌿. the breakfast had coffee and tea, and it was really tasty.

It was clean, quiet and convenient to our destination. We were in town to attend a visitation and funeral of a relative. The manager seemed very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is clean, nestled in the nice building with nice and kindstaff.

The room was nicely decorated with two queen beds, and I was pleased to find central heating, a TV with cable channels, and a refrigerator there.

The location was particularly good and magnificent because it was close to the Nichols Inn getting overflow from a concert that was happening at Treasure Island Casino. The entire stuff where exceptional and pleasant. Our king room was complete with bathtub, comfy beds...

I recently stayed at this hotel while visiting friends in the area. The staff at Nichols Inn & Suites were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast options were delicious and provided a great start to my day. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king size bed that was just right in terms of firmness. The recent renovations made the hotel look beautiful and modern. The location was convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the casino, mall of America, and nearby shopping. I also loved having the pool and jacuzzi mostly to myself whenever I went. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

Check-in was straightforward, with excellent service, and the rooms were modern, spotless, and equipped with private bathrooms, showers.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for us old folks. The pool and pool room were immaculate, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience. The morning manager, Miss Ann or Linda, was excellent in assisting us with a problem outside the hotel. The staff, in general, were friendly and courteous, making our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with giant fresh waffles and an omelet maker. The quality of facilities and amenities exceeded our expectations, usually found in higher-priced accommodations.

The rooms here are lovely and they serve a yummy breakfast, plus the check-in process is fast, and the staff is super friendly, also, Wi-Fi is free.
